Anjali House is a local NGO in Siem Reap, Cambodia. They provide free education and support to over 200 children from poor families. Their mission is to support the children and their community to commit to education and make positive decisions about their futures.
The grant provided by WIG enables Anjali House to restart the Mobile Library, a project they started during Covid but had to stop when restrictions became too severe. The mobile library allows Anjali House to extends their services to children that are not able to join them at their main location. A typical mobile library event includes individual reading time, group reading where future leader helps young children read, and other fun activities.
