Welcome to Women's International Group - Cambodia

We are an active group who bring a diversity of resources and experiences together for social, cultural and educational enhancement. We raise funds and donate these via grants to worthy community projects in Cambodia.

Our group is also very much about socialising and having fun. Throughout the year we organise numerous activities and events that any member can join in with.

The Best Things

One of the best things about belonging to WIG is when we get to hand over a cheque to wonderful organisations like the Cambodian Organization for Living and Temporary Care (COLT) - who will use the money to build a Septic Tank at their center. Well done COLT - pictured here Ally presents a $2000 check to Noah and Aga, and they presented this fabulous picture to WIG - drawn by the children at COLT

WIG New Executive Committee

On Wednesday, 15 February 2023, over 40 WIG members gathered at the Tribe Hotel for the WIG Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The outgoing President, Yein, started out the meeting with a big thank you to key volunteers over the past year and highlighting some of WIGs projects. We also heard from our coordinators regarding WIG social activities and NGOs that WIG was able to fund over the past year through the proceeds from our Christmas Fair. WIG was able to provide grants to 6 local NGOs last year!

The new Executive Committee is excited to begin working and continuing the great work of WIG!
